Why Mortgage Planning is an Up Close and Personal Experience with the Owner Bryan Pettit

I take an average basic industry and through my unique skill set I create long term lasting wealth through proper mortgage planning and management.

I was one of those who mismanaged my equity. I was doubling up on my monthly payments and had created a large sum of idle equity in my home. So I repositioned over 215K and purchased 10 rental properties in a way that does not require me to be a landlord. I also placed large sums of the equity into a liquid safe side account that grows tax free, withdraws tax free and is guaranteed never to loose value so that when I retire at the age of 60 I’ll be able to withdraw over 210K per year of tax free money until I’m 100 and still have the rental properties.

So in a nut shell what I do is I breathe life into dead equity, following a simple 4 step cash flow model of wealth accumulation with the needed tax advantages.

You see as the baby boomers continue to retire taxes will likely increase in order to support the over 54 trillion dollars in unfunded Medicare and social security entitlements that have not yet been funded by our government.

So I guide my clients through a world of financial options helping them effectively use their mortgage as a tool to increase wealth and prepare for retirement through cutting edge tax advantaged strategies.
